I received reasonably speedy response to service inquiry made to this company, where I had requested service and provided 3 candidate dates.



Response was within 1 day and indicated there would be scheduling follow-up within an additional day. This was good... IF THERE HAD "EVER" BEEN ANY SUBSEQUENT FOLLOW-UP...



I received no follow-up after 5 days, so reached out again 5 days after original outreach. Another 5 days have passed with ABSOLUTE ZERO FOLLOW-UP/COMMUNICATION.



To me, this illustrates a culture of COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.



In the end analysis, I now believe I am very fortunate there was no customer service on the front end, as I can now move on to find a company that actually values customers, will do what they say they will do, and will hopefully gain me as a long term customer.

Mari is very professional and her girls are fabulous! The cleaning service they provide is absolutely wonderful. Initially I was going to do a one time cleaning but I was so impressed after the first cleaning that I am currently doing every other week. Not to sound selfish, but I now have more time to myself AND I come home to a sparkly clean house. The prices are affordable and honestly, it doesn't get any better than Mari's!

i.Mari's cleaning services have saved me time and money! what takes me days to clean they get it down in just a few hours, and its affordable! my cleaners are always on time and its wonderful to have these amazing girls in my house! Mari can always adjust my cleaning on when i will and won' be home. another services Mari has that i love is when i am out of town a weekly inspection is done! to make sure everything is doing great! Mari's inspectors noticed my a/c was down to 77 after i left town, they turned it up to 86 until the day before i returned. Mari and her crew really care!
