Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have frequented this establishment since they opened. We were quite excited to see a brewery open that is close and isn't a sports bar. They do have 1 TV that typically has a game of some kind on. If I want the sports bar environment, there's another place close by. That being said, we love the ambiance of the brewery. It's fun to see the tanks and the owners take pride in sharing their knowledge. The owners and staff have always been kind and friendly. These folks have become like family to us now and we're grateful to them for their good stewardship. This family friendly establishment caters to all ages, though we typically don't see children that often in the evening. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have fun events ongoing and we had such fun during the day on a weekend glazing Halloween mugs. On to the libations. There's always a wide variety of beer, wine and liquor. The latest was a beer called "The Hoff" that was infused with passion fruit. Very tasty. The hubs loves the Savannah Marie for it's rich flavor. I personally like their beer called the Lemon Drop. It was light, not too strong and had a hint of lemon. The Lake Pleasant is great, too. Nice if you want a lighter beer. I also like the Riesling that they offer. Now, on to the menu. For their regular menu, I'm a sucker for their pig ears. What? Yes, that's what I said. They're thinly cut, deep fried, sprinkled with a delicious dry rub and served with a flavorful aioli. I alway ask for extra aioli. The PAB chicken bites can be made regular or gluten free. Yay me since I'm gluten intolerant. The hubs tries just about everything! lol. Fried mac n cheese balls, deviled eggs for appetizers. Fish n chips, Southern Man burger, French dip, meatballs & grits, left coast club. So, I gotta take a couple minutes to tell you about the New Year's dinner we had. In a word, FABULOUS! I had the brined roasted chicken, roasted vegetables, fingerling potatoes, all in a wonderful sauce. The hubs had thinly sliced flank steak, brussels sprouts, fingerling potatoes, with shaved asparagus. For dessert, we had the lava cake with buttercream ice cream and raspberry coulis. Unbelievable.
