I went to portrait innovation to get my son's 1st birthday pictures taken. I told the photographer in the beginning that my family has a traditional portrait taken for all the grandkids 1st birthday. It is a simple head shot with a plain blue background. Easy right? The photographer took a variety of photos and used several backgrounds that were not our style. When we were done and ready to order she kept pushing for us to buy a package that was way out of our price range and the one photo that we went there for was basically never shot. There was a total of 2 pictures to choose from out of the 80 she took with the backgrounds and props she wanted. I am very unhappy with the service here and will never go here for pictures again.
