I have had insurance thru this agent for probably 10 plus years. I have had an excellent relationship with them up to this time. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with whoever is currently running this office. I’ve called multiple times in the past 2 to 3 weeks, left messages, emailed and even went to their office in Peoria, I reside in Surprise. I sent text message and another voice message on Tuesday. To this date I have never heard back from them. In speaking with the neighbor at the strip mall where their office is, stated have only seen someone there a couple times past three weeks. All I wanted to do was add another vehicle to my other policies. Very, very unacceptable. I have recommended many people to this agency be assured no more. Will be letting others know of my dissatisfaction and lack of respect on their part.
