I travel a lot and visit at least twenty shops all over the US and they are the only shop I have ever seen that rips their fabric. YIKES. I voiced my concern but they didn't care. I will not return when I am in the area again. They need to rethink their policy!

They TEAR the fabric. They do NOT cut if you ask them to. They say they give you extra but it was not enough to offset the distortion on the edges after cutting off the bad rippled parts, so I got less that my money's worth and had the additional hassle. Their prices were a bit higher than any other quilt store in the area. The selection was just "meh". I try to support small businesses and quilt shops especially but..I won't be back. I left feeling like I had been a little bit cheated and my opinion ignored. OK, so I will vote with my feet. Buh bye.
