Provided by YP.comHorrible place. They gave us one price online then when we arrived to pick up the motorcycle the price increased by $1200. I said what is this and they charge a delivery fee, license fee, putting the motorcycle together fee. Liars. The original price was $1600. They wanted almost $2900 out the door! Then when I questioned them about it they got mad!

If you want to know how to make a business work in a down market, ask Tony Hibbetts, the Service Manager of the Ride Now, Peoria store. The secret is value. Not just the value of getting what you asked for, for the agreed price, but the intrinsic value of getting the best of an organization. Here's my story: I'm driving my 2006 Stratoliner (with 87,000 miles) up I-17 at 5:30 on Friday, the start of the Memorial Day weekend, when the bike starts feeling strange. I exit on Bell Rd. and realize that I have a flat on the rear. Well, I'm on my way to move a medical trailer, there's a commercial electrician on site waiting for us. The clock is running and so is the tab. I call Tony directly and explain that I'm stranded and asked if there is any way that I can get the bike moved to the shop. With the phone line open, Tony starts calling and paging people around in the store. In less than five minutes he has made arrangements to have Justin Renninger hook up a trailer and get to where I am. I

Be very careful when dealing with these guys! They will outright lie to you to secure a sale. After they gave me half my original bike's trade-in value, they told me that I could get a refund on the unused portion of my extended warranty. Well when I tried to get the money back from Kawasaki, I was told that the warranty went with the bike. When I contacted Metro, their response was, "Oh the bike already sold, sorry". What a joke! No attempt on their part to reimburse me or to tell the truth. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague!

No prices on the motorcycles. When I asked the salesperson why they didn't put prices on the bikes, he told me "we have such a large volume of motorcycles going out that they didn't have time to put price on them." When you figure that they already hang all sorts if promo material on the bikes, how long could it take to write the price on them? 20 - 30 seconds? And if they don't have 20 - 30 seconds to write the price on the bikes then they SURE don't have enough time to even inspect the bikes much less make sure they are in proper working order.

While this company may be close and convenient for shopping in the NW Valley, I would use them only for selection and price shopping. Their staff is not the greatest (esp. when dealing with an 'ignorant' woman), so take your sale elsewhere.
