I have used Victor's for a number of years for specific jobs but now use them for quarterly service and they do an outstanding job.....always leave the place looking 1000% better and clean and nice and they even rake the gravel. Any small tree trimming is done then also, so no need to come back for a separate service call. I highly recommend them.

I used Victors Landscaping a few times for general cleaning and job was always supervise by Brian. This spring they were by them self, did edging and cracked a few windows by flying rocks. Victor was schedule to come to see damages, never showed up or called, tried to avoid responsibility.Company lost good knowledgeable employees, must be a reason for that and Victor himself does not know much about landscaping.

I am the not-so proud owner of a $1200.00 drip system from Victor's Landscaping. I now own dead shrubs, trees, a lot of mud and a $300.00 water bill. The tubing which should be buried in a trench but for the most part is just laying on top of the ground leaks like a steel sieve on steroids with the exception of 10 emitter lines that put out no water at all. The valves and regulator leak. In a 4 month time frame, I called John Blaney (maintenance superintendent) who actually installed the system, 38 times. I was able to reach him 4 times. (Isn't caller I. D. great) Each time he promised to come out and fix the mess he installed. I was under the delusion that he meant in my life time. What a nightmare. Going to court is the only option I have left.

Not impressed at all! Called and made an appointment to meet with Victor. Alicia called and cancelled and moved the appointment. Victor was suppose to show up at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday to give me a quote on clean up and landscapiong and never even bothered to show up! I waited for over an hour and not a peep. Not even the common courtesy to call. Still haven't heard a word. No common courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. Extremely disappointing. Apparently, they have too much business that they don't want new customers. I give them an F.

To Victors LandscapeJust for the record, your landscapers do an excellent job on our property. We appreciate their attention to detail. Property always looks good when they are finished.

I wanted to write a quick email thanking the whole crew working on our project. They were fantastic! It is always a pleasure to work with the entire crew at Victor's.

I have worked with Victor's Landscaping for the last 3 years and have found them to be very professional and service oriented . Between working with Victor and his staff I would highly recommend utilizing this local company for you Landscaping needs!!!

Customer satisfaction is our priority. There are several landscaping companies that call themselves Victor's Landscaping, they are not registered and unfortunately overshadow our performance. I have no record of completing a project for Mr. Clyde. We welcome him to contact our office to speak with me at 602-439-5192 ex. 103.

The estimator spoke English and said he would be there to direct the work. The workers arrived and spoke no English, the estimator (supervisor) never arrived. The workers butchered the tree which I believe I will now have to remove.After what they considered enough work they threatened to leave with the job un-finished.

I have used Victor's Landscaping for 5 years. They have professionally addressed each and every issue that I've ever had. The crews are friendly, accommodating and trustworthy. I have recommended them numerous times and will continue to do so.

I got an estimate from Victor for deep root fertilizing of several trees on my property. It was fair and I planned to hire them for the job and to use their service ongoing several times a year. I got an email from the requesting that I first give them a 50% deposit NOW. I responded that I planned to pay them IN FULL upon job completion and that I wasn't in the habit of paying for work BEFORE THEY EVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK. Their response, that was their policy, period. Obviously I decided to do business elsewhere.

We contracted a pretty simple job. Remove some plants, lay down some new sod, plant some new plants, place curbing around the back yard, and lay a 8'X10 ' or so concrete slab at the entrance to our backyard. Just about everything they did was screwed up some how. The site manager was rarely onsight. The sod and concrete looked like a third grader did it. The did redo the concrete. But this my biggest complaint: when they dug the foundation for the slab they found 2 -1/2" poly tubes for the drips where the concrete was to be laid. They assured me that they would put the poly tubes through PVC piping under concrete. A year later I discovered a leak under the concrete and one 1" PVC pipe with the 2 poly tubes next to it and not in it under the concrete. Two 1/2" polys (.7od) will not fit in a 1" pipe. Victor refuses to admit that they made a mistake because it was not in the contract. Victor won't admit his companies mistakes and is nasty to talk to.

Do NOT use Victor's. The actual bill will not look anything like the estimate. And, to guarantee the work, they will hold you hostage by making you sign up for a maintenance program. They only care about making money and not holding up their end of the bargain.

Like I told Linda, the guys are awesome and doing a great job for us and we are very pleased.Guermo.spelling........I can't spell in Spanish, but Guermo is fantastic and I am extremely happy with him. He listens, he pays attention, is an excellent worker and always has a smile on his face! I think he likes his job because he surely likes people! He's wonderful, he will do anything I ask to help me out. Another great employee is Brian............totally awesome! Brian is very friendly, extremely helpful and an expert flair with trees. Good morning Ana,I get up very early in the morning and the first thing I do is turn the heater on for a little while. However, I do love this time of year, it's a very welcome break from the long very hot summer. When I arrived home yesterday I was met with lovely flowers in the pots in the back yard; many, many thanks to Jose.I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the wonderful job you do in taking such good care of the outside of the house.God bless you Ana and the entire crew at Victor's Landscaping.J.
