A small but good store. They seemed helpful and knowledgeable, but didn't carry much inventory. Their hours were OK and their prices were average to good. They really only carries Remote Control equipment and a few model railroading items. I've heard they excel at ordering hard to find items and repairing RC equipment. But honestly RC & model Railroading is outside my area of expertise.

Beware, these guys flat out lie, saying they will be stocking parts for a vehicle I purchased, one month later they don't even sell that truck anymore and parts are almost none existent. Better hope no one else is there they have a short attention span, will recommend parts in house that are incorrect for your vehicle and won't return them if package was opened, even though they don't deny they recommended the part. The new people care as little about customer service or experience as the last people running it. Don't waste your time or money, they are far from experts.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great people. Great products. They have or can get any little part you need.

Guy behind the counter didn't even greet me when I walked in. Then didn't have what I needed and tryed to sell me something else more expensive. I will not return....beware....
