I love A+ Children's Academy, the staff is knowledgeable and caring. The children love the welcoming environment and every parent can be confident that their children are in capable, loving hands!

Staff has very poor communication skills and classroom control. There have been several times that the teacher should have called but did not... My husband picked my son up and noticed that he was curled up in a ball on the floor burning up my husband picked him up and he wasn't moving but was alert we immediately went to prompt care were he was transferred to OSF emergency room to be treated...Not one call from the school that whole day and the teacher and staff never noticed a problem with him that day!
My son also has a dairy allergy and was given food that containes dairy several times only to be told repeatedly that they didn't know that itemd like cheese balls, goldfish and PIzza Rolls contain cheese! We have paid hospital visit bills and day care bills multiple times due to the neglect of this center. This place used to be great but teachers and staff are now constantly changing and this place is no longer safe for children to attend..... I have an infant who doesn't attend this center because I have walked by and peeked into the infant room several times to see the babies crying and the staff on their phones not paying attention.

We really love being at A+. The teachers are very caring and we feel secure having our child there-both with the safety and the education. We love getting the Today We's each day so we can see what they are learning about and who he is interacting with. We are very happy there. Thank you A+!

I love the beautiful building and it is a great school. The teachers are real TEACHERS not babysitters like I have seen other places. They care about what the kids are interested and plan their lesson plans around studying it. They are always learning about meaningful topics. They also teach Spanish! There are also plenty functions throughout the year for us (and the grandparents) to be at the school and be involved. So glad we chose this school.

My son attended and there was no structure in his classroom...the communication was poor with the teachers( which there were different ones at all times). Never brought home one art project the 6 weeks he attended. No itinerary for the day. Was always outside, which was such a hassles in dropping him off and picking him up...had to go to the back of the building down to the play area to pick him up and to drop him off...so glad I found another day care.

This is a great school to take your child. My son has been going there since they opened. The care that goes into every child is amazing. The cleanliness is great too. Teachers are always cleaning the rooms to keep the germs down.
