Horrible place to go. They have messed up my partials over and over and over, now they say I have to pay to have them remade. Its not my fault they have messed it up over and over, why should I pay more than I already have, I should be getting a refund for wasting such a but load of my time and money. I never see the same dentist more than once there either.

Experience with this Aspen Dental office was a big disappointment. I had 3 fillings done and all of them were very lousy. One of tooth was finished so sharp that it keeps cutting my gum. the other two made my teeth so sensitive that i can not even brush without feeling the pain!

When i decided to stop my treatment they didn't even ask the reason. What kind of service wouldn't care about why their patients are leaving! On top of it their dentists switch every couple of month. So if someone messes up your teeth, good luck finding that doctor!

Also a couple of times I felt like I was trained on. One of their assistants had no idea what he was doing. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

They sat me down in their room and made me wait an hour and 7 minutes. When they came in someone asked me if someone had seated me there. Then, he left the room panicking saying, "Nobody told any of us she was back there! Did someone seat her there? No one knew she was there!" After asking me to bring xrays from my other place, they told me they need new xrays anyway. They took those and then told me to leave without ever getting my consultation. Very, very dissatisfied.

A Regular teeth cleaning takes 1 hour 45 minutes! Is that because they really take care of your teeth? No, they double/triple booked their schedule! So you waited there 1 hour 15 minutes for a 30 minutes treatment. Their scheduler was a liar. I had two kids and she told me since they have only one dental hygienist, she put my kids' schedule time one after another, so if the first one finished, he would work at my second one. The reality was after my first one was done, my second one had to wait there for 45 minutes because their dental hygienist was working on other patients.
