After months of waiting to be seen by one of their doctors, I was 5 days away from my appointment when I received a letter from THEM, CANCELING MY APPOINTMENT, then I kept calling, 5 to 7 times before I got thru to anyone to reschedule the appointment. When she said that the next appointment was 4 days away and was at 8:30am and I said that I lived to far away to be driving that far and that early , then she said that the next available time was 3 - 4 months away. I asked if she was serious and she said that she was. This is how they keep passing you down the line. It like when you call them on the phone, they just keep running you in circles. TRUMP please change this. I WENT THERE TODAY AND WAS SURPRISED WITH THE PLACE. IT SEEMS TO BE IMPROVING. I HOPE THAT IT CONTINUES. I TRIED TO PUT THIS IN A NEW REVIEW BECAUSE TODAY'S DATE IS 5-09-17.

It was a total joke. And they bitched the whole time I was there about how lucky I was that someone was there. Well I have to go there again tomorrow, so let's see if they are going to the job that they were hired for or if they are going to wine about it again.

This VA has taken great care of all my health issues. I would recommend every vet in the area. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Worthless, glad I served this country to get this type of treatment
