Provided by YP.comMY ISSUE STARTED YESTERDAY AROUND 4:OO P.M.....HERE IS MY PROBLEM AND THE OUTCOME OF MY INCIDENT..........FOR I HAD DELETED MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT UNTIL IT HAS BEGUN AN AWESOME CARING AND UNDERSTANDING THE WHOLE COMPLAINT SO HERE GOES:... I HAD A RECEIVED MY ORDER...UPON GETTING HOME I CALLED THE MANAGER THAT WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND ABOUT MY ORDER. UPON FINDING OUT HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR DISTRICT I TOLD AND EXPLAIN TO HER MY SITUATION. I INVITED & ENCOURAGED HER (DISTRICT MANAGER) TO VISIT ANYWHO.COM AND VIEW THE REVIEWS THAT THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS AGAINST IT & THAT SINCE I FINALLY FOUND "THE BIG BOSS" THAT I WILL EDIT AND DELETE THE POOR SERVICE THAT I HAD RECEIVED HERE AND IN E. PEORIA.....HOWEVER, PLEASE DO AS I HAVE DONE TO GET AND TO RECEIVE THE RIGHT KIND OF RESULTS THAT YOU AS A CUSTOMER EXPECT WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT BETWEEN YOUR ORDER, SERVICE, FOOD, ETC. ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THESE DISTRICT MANAGERS AND MOST GENERAL MANAGERS DO REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SITUATIONS AT THESE BURGER KINGS HERE IN THE PEORIA, EAST PEORIA, MORTON, AND THE PEKIN AREA'S......JUST CALL THEM UP WHEN YOU'RE MUCH CALMER OVER YOUR ISSUES.......TOM C

Provided by YP.comI went through the drive through. I was charged for cheese that I told them I didn’t want. When I got to the window to get my value meal. I was only given the food part of my order. I also did not receive a receipt. When I knocked on the window to ask for my receipt. I was treated very rudely. I was never given the $5 coupon that the window sticker states that you will get if you don’t receive a receipt. I then had to knock on the window a 2nd time to get my drink. Once again I was treated very rudely. I then had to knock on the window a 3rd time to get catsup. The “lovely lady” at the window threw a handful of catsup packets into my car window. I called the store manager and he really didn’t seem to care. I also called the survey hot line on the back of the receipt. That survey is all fluff. This is why Burger King is at the bottom of the barrel of fast food restaurants. My Whooper tasted like it came out of the strainer in your kitchen sink after you do a large load of dished. It looked that way also.

Provided by YP.comMy 17 year old went into Burger King and placed an order. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called her, She said she thought they must have deleted her order. She inquired twice about her order, both times she was told it was being made. I had her come to the van and sit with her handicapped brother while I went into to inquire about the order. I was told that someone else must have picked up the order. So, they gave my order to someone else. I got no apologies, no nothing. I finally got my order and left, vowing to never return again.
