I purchased two Venus Freeze packages in January. In March I found out I have cancer and also found out you cannot have Venus Freeze sessions if you have cancer. I have contacted the owner, Jenny Biggs, by phone for one month and she will not return my phone calls or work with me to find a resolution that will satisfy us both. Don't use unless you want the owner to take your money and run!

I ordered an expensive product through the salon/spa that they did not have in stock. They were to call me when it was ordered and when it arrived. Now 2 months and numerous phone calls later, I still have not heard ONE thing from them regarding my order. I have left messages and spoken to staff, both prove to be a waste of my time. I am shocked that a place with customer service this poor is still in business. I will say, the hairdressers are all very professional, nice, and talented. However the staff at the salon is incompetent and rude. Very disappointing.
