EmailHISRA, also known as the Heart of Illinois Special Recreation Association, provides a range of recreational programs and services to individuals with disabilities and special needs. It is a cooperative extension of the Morton Park District, Peoria Park District and Chillico Park District. The association also offers various volunteer opportunities.
