First of all I would have not even given Jeni Couri and Associates a star rating, but had to choose at least one star for review. If you want your taxes done wrong and want letters sent to you from the IRS requesting more info that was not submitted during your tax return, then by all means choose Jeni and her son Christopher to do your taxes. Even after being contacted by the IRS for more information needed and you contact her if she is busy working on other things she will be sure to let you know and tell you that she will try to get to it if she can. Now tell me if that is good customer service???? Then you can expect no communication back from her at all to help get the information you need that she has, but won't give it to you. Jeni was also left several messages after the initial call requesting the info that the IRS needed over a 7 day period on her cell phone, business answering machine, and text messages and not ONE phone call was returned. This is a horrible feeling when the person you trust to get the information you need to the IRS and its obvious that person does not care about her clients. In the end I had to have another CPA complete the needed info and to this day have not heard from Jeni. All I can say is beware of this so called CPA.
In conclusion, if you want no communication, taxes done wrong, and poor customer service, then Jeni Couri and Associates is your person.
