You just don’t find very many companies like this anymore! They were upfront about their scheduling, and I am so glad that I decided to be placed on the waiting list because their service was PHENOMENAL! The ladies at the office listened carefully to my needs, and when Josh arrived, he took the time to troubleshoot problems in my condo that I had given up on. I was simply amazed that he was so patient and methodical, not only in fixing the problem for which I called, but in making sure that everything functioned properly all the way around. And, let me tell you, he wasn’t doing these things to pad the bill - he genuinely took pride in his work; he explained and corrected mistakes that previously electricians had made; and, despite what I’m sure was a pressing schedule, he quickly and cheerfully took care of a couple of other electrical needs that I asked him to look into.
This company has all of the wonderful trademarks that make them stand out: honesty and reliability, strong work ethic, superior customer service, knowledge in pride in workmanship, and EXTREMELY FAIR prices.
