In business since 1959, Monical Pizza Corporation is a chain of 63 restaurants across Central Illinois. Located in Peoria, Ill., the restaurant serves a variety of pizzas, in different sizes and toppings, including pepperoni, sausage, chicken and steak, olives, peppers, red onions, spinach and tomatoes, mushrooms, minced garlic, pineapple, mozzarella cheese and blend cheese. Additionally, it serves salads, pastas, sandwiches, kids' menu, beverages, starters, including breadsticks and hot wings. Monical Pizza Corporation is a recipient of the 2002 Employer of Choice Award, 2003 People and Performance Award and 2004 Winning Workforce Award. The company has memberships with National Restaurant Association (NRA) and Council of hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART).
