Though the work on my amp was done correctly, these guys in the shop do not communicate effectively. I was told that I would be provided with an estimate before any work was done. When I called, they already started the work without consulting me. So without any consultation, I am already having to pay for work I did not condone, and was told that I had to pay at least $50.00 for my amp to be returned to me. No diagnostic work needed to be done; all that I needed was for tubes to be put in. I am not too familiar with this store, but I would not recommend you taking your instrument to this shop for repairs.
