First if all, the old adage 'you get what you pay for' applies in this situation. They may be the cheapest in town, but the service is commiserate to the pay. At the initial intake, the attorney and his wife were very cordial, accommodating, and professional. That changed dramatically once they were paid. These have to be two of the most rude and disrespectful individuals on God's green Earth. This is the first time I've gone through a bankruptcy, so obviously I had questions and was not familiar with the process. They tried to make me feel as though each question I had was a dumb one. No compassion, no understanding. They have zero shreds of human decency. DO NOT let the price sway you their way. You'll regret it. Pay the extra money and have someone who will treat you like a real human being and provide you with the service you deserve in an otherwise difficult situation.
