took jacket to them to shorten sleeves and when I went to pickup item on date it was suppose to be done lady told me it wasn't ready after having item for ten days . then about a hour later she called me and said it was ready but when I got there the sleeves were the same as when I took them in .I paid her so I could get it back . will never go to them again and you shouldn't either .

I have had dozens of items altered with Holly and she does an excellent job. I trust her 100% to do the alteration well or tell me if she could not do it to her exacting standards. I've had Citizens of Humanity Jeans altered to keep original hem and they are better than the alterations I've had done anywhere else including Nordstorm Chicago. I've taken everything from jeans (even delicate-care 7 for All Mankind wax coated jeans!), to a designer cocktail dress, to my husband's wool overcoat. Super reasonable prices and convenient mall hours too!

I took my prom dress everywhere no one could done any faster than the new in the mall.

she also done my father 2 shorting pants for 2 hour pickup. I am impressive.
