I feel like this whole process was a huge pain in the ass. From being cold called to being rushed to provide a non-proofed copy of my ad, giving me less than 20 minutes start to finish to provide something to you, all while being called back every 4 minutes to ask if I'm finished...Originally being sent a sample pamphlet where it was entirely in color, and a quarter of the size, with also all of the advertisements spread throughout the team information....VS, a full black and white, 85 pages pamphlet where all of the advertisements are stuffed at the back, 30+ pages from what gets read about the teams. I understand you don't control the entire design of this pamphlet, but you had me believing I was getting much more than I actually was.
This was a complete waste of my time, money and resources. The email communication with you was poor at best, as well as via phone. I will not be doing any further business with Royal Publishing.

omg wow this company cannot take no for an answer ,I been doin ad with them for the past 3 years and when I wanted to stop it was hell, there reps will call everyday tryin to get back im telling u they will not take a no for a answer.and they wont leave u alone.i never got nothing back good from them .dats why I stoped doin ad with them.,rip off

Once you advertise with Royal ...

Once you advertise with Royal Publishing, you will be on their call list FOREVER!!! Our company did not seem to have any succes with the ad we placed with Royal Publ in the local sports program. This, however, is not the problem. The problem is that they will not stop calling. I have VERY politely asked them to take our company name & number off of their call list & then a day later, another rep calls! I've left messages on managers voicemails, no luck. I've given up being polite! I know thats not fair to the rep that gets my attitude, but I don't know what else to do! Their persistance has made us not want to advertise with them EVER AGAIN!!!
