I recently visited the spa and have to say it was lovely. As soon as you walk in the door you feel relaxed. It is such a warm environment. The massage therapists are very thurough. They find spots you didn't even know you had. All the staff were friendly and very accomidating. Deffinately will be back!

I thought I was going to get Errin and was very excited because of the review I read to try them out. When I tried to schedule a Brazilian wax one of the other esthetitians, Kim, insisted that Errin was booked and that she was better. The whole process was awkward with her breathing so loudly the entire time into my crotch. She was more painful then my last girl and caused an infection. She claims on a sign in her building that shes the "waxing queen" but all that she's good for is two weeks of pain along with a infection. I should have walked out when I saw the dirty paper towel that the wax was on. Also a massage therapist gave me a dirty look as i was leaving, someone aught to buy her a toothbrush. Will not be going back.
