hello,



I just moved around the corner from your laundry mat. We bought a house and are having renovations done to our basement, which forces us to use the laundry mat. This is the closest place seeing that it is about a mile from our house. Well we go there a lot because we have a big family (usually 2 times a week). I have the same routine and I usually see the same people. I can wash at home so I only come in to dry. I place all my clothes in the dryer (5 minutes) put them on (20 minutes) although I know it won't take that long and dump them back into the baskets (5 minutes) and I am gone. I showed up tonight at 9:40 and proceeded to do the same thing. I needed to grab a few more things out of my car, so I asked to be let out because the doors were locked upon my arrival. I was told ( you do know we are closed right) I said the sign on the door says 11, and underneath it says last load in by 9:45 which it just turned that now, I only have a little to grab out the car and I will be done here in twenty minutes. He in return says no we are closed, and I can't let you do that. One of my bags is already in there and there is still a lady washing. I would be out before she even finishes. He said no it is last load by then and so I went to my car and got change to dry what was in there. I was out in 13 minutes, and as I was leaving the lady next to me was inserting clothes into the dryer. He watched as she did this and kept walking past her. Yet I was not allowed to finish the little stuff I had remaining and was given very rude service. Now I will be going somewhere else and I will be posting this to my pages and all the review I can. This is ridiculous. I understand policy, and I was withing the time frame, but even then you lost several customers because I couldn't finish grabbing a few things out of my car. Thank you now that I have to re wash them and go somewhere else tomorrow.
