First Friday Event May 6th and watched an excellent demo on making a dish! Hiram was awesome! He used a mold to make lines on the object over and over again. He twisted it in another direction to compress the colors. Hiram got another gather and then added more color to it, Blues and Reds. Awesome technique! He blu into it to make it bigger and then spun it out. It was an awesome dish! The color we saw was blue but it had to be annealed out before the true colors were to come out! Outstanding technique and creativity! I will go back for another demo! The CIAO people were there as well!
