The guys you have working for you are very knowledgeable and seem to feel quite confidant about it's application to my lawn. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that applies your product to my lawn, but I look at his face when I'm talking to him and unfortunately disregard his name tag on his shirt. He has a look of all 'business' but didn't seem to mind when I "button-holed" him with questions about the different products he was using at different times of the season. He's an excellent employee and worth every cent (and more) that you pay him at present.

I really appreciate that they show up on time and notify you when they are coming and when they have left. I don't see any dandelions in my yard and my yard has been full and green.

Service people are always friendly and knowledgeable. Company lets you know ahead when service day is approaching. Mosquito service really works and offer to come back between treatments if problem arises. Yard looks good.

While a TruGreen technician was working at our next door neighbor's house, he noticed bag worms on our Blue Spruce evergreens. He notified us and offered to treat them that day. We agreed, and he started us on a treatment plan that same day.

I am glad I use TruGreen for my lawn! I never have to worry about weeds or grubs ruining my beautiful, velvety, green lawn!

Once we were not satisfied with your service because the grass was changed in yellow and dead several spots of our lawn after your technician sprayed the chemical material. We called your company then your manager came over to take a look at our lawn. He suggested us to water our lawn every day and see it could save our lawn. In addition, he told us he would like to give us the credit for the next year's service. We always prepaid our lawn service at the last month of the year. We took his words and he did give us the credit. We like the company due to your reputation and care the customers' concern. We will recommend the customers to use your service due to our experience.
