I've worked with Jake for about 3 years now and he has had such a positive impact on my life. He is truly an expert in the field - not only does he have 10+ years experience in the fitness industry but he is a registered dietician and certified personal trainer. Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there who claim to be "nutritionists" or "prep coaches" but do not have the certifications behind them - don't take a chance with anyone else and contact Jake at BSF!
