Better and more attuned to customers than any big chain

My wife had a really bad ear infection pulled into the parking lot saw that they were closed ,and tracie took her in and filled her prescriptions even though they had closed a half hour earlier, you just dont get that type of sservice at riteaid. She even said that my wife could pay her later because their registers were already closed, tracie and her daughter are fabulous. glad we moved to pepperell family pharmacy .

My neighbor told me about Pepperell Family Pharmacy. They were nice to me in front of him. From that point on they were very rude to me. Go to Rite Aid.

A friend of mine recommended Pepperell Family Pharmacy to me last year, and we've moved all of our prescriptions there. Tracie Ezzio, the pharmacist and owner, is a long-time local resident, and she and her staff are all very friendly and helpful. She'll always take time to explain your medication, fax a refill request to your doctor, or call your doctor if there's a problem. And I'm glad the pharmacy is in the old Pepperell train station - a good use that ensures that we won't lose that beautiful little historic building. I like to patronize local businesses, and Tracie really makes it an easy choice! I highly recommend Pepperell Family Pharmacy.
