Mindful Assessments & Psychological Services
7 Industrial Rd, Pequannock, NJ 07440
My practice partner, Dr. Maha Younes, and I, are clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists who evaluate clients from children to older adults. We help you remove barriers to success. We assess developmental issues, like ADHD, learning disorders, giftedness, and autism spectrum disorders, changes in the brain such as caused by concussion, traumatic brain injuries, epilepsy, stroke, and dementia, or emotional issues that might be interfering with your relationships or ability to succeed. We help you define your goals to reach your full potential, whether in school, college, the workplace, or in relationships. We practice a therapeutic and evidence-based assessment approach.
I specialize in the assessment of children and adolescents, whereas Dr. Younes specializes in the assessment of adolescents and adults, though we both have considerable experience with all ages. We consult to schools, insurance providers, and in forensic settings. Cognitive remediation for attention problems and short-term therapy is available.
Dr. Younes and I have each practiced for over 10 years. I have served in directing a training program for students beginning psychology practice, and we've both taught neuropsychological assessment for many years. Dr. Younes has been active in research and clinical practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
