Called out this company to trouble shoot and repair my is due with my well which they installed. They sent a person that recently started to work for them. He could not offer a solution to my problem other than drilling another well. I asked for estimates and he never returned with any information. Service has gone down hill wi t h this compant.

Called and they came out the same day. However it took 4 hours of labor to find a simple problem with a $60 auto starter part. Hated the $468 bill for small problem. Proper trouble shooting procedures could have found the problem very quickly. In order to find the resolution they had to get the auto starter to test if it was the problem. I believe them must need better electrical trouble shooting skills to be effective repair technicians..

Yesterday, I called Maez Water Sources about the difficulty we were having with what we thought was our pump. Laura in the office was so kind. She sent Anthony out the very same day to take a look. Turns out it was a clogged fitting. He was very pleasant, and even whistled while he worked. Found the problem and fixed it right away. We are very happy with our service.

They installed my well and a constant pressure pump. Well the control box that runs the system was left unfinished by not installing fittings where the wires go into the control box. This left open holes in the box and rodents got in the box. This has happened twice now and the first time they warrantied the box but the second time it happened they told me I need to just get rid of all the mice. Now how practical is that. It is very unproffessiional not do a job the right way and it's even worse when you can't stand behind your work and admit that you made a mistake and eat the cost of your screw up. Now I'm stuck with a 600 dollar bill

Great people to work with. Prompt and accurate with solutions. After the well was completed the area looked the same as before (no messes to clean up afterword).
