Bucks County Community College, founded in 1964, offers major and certificate programs at its main campus in Newtown, Pa., and other locations throughout the county, as well as via the Internet. The degrees and certificates are offered in a variety of subjects, including arts, business studies, health, physical education and nursing, language and literature, mathematics, computer, science and technology and social and behavioral sciences. The college also offers additional services to students, including child care, computer information and laboratories, disability, library, career and counseling services, bookstore, women s center, occupational program support and technology learning center. It also offers transfer and planning, information network, adult student, media and multicultural student services.
