When Brooke designed and built our home in 1997, he found practical solutions for our design elements and kept within budget. He is creative, resourceful, experienced, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. An important aspect of his service is the constant communication and timely follow-up he provides throughout the job. His foremen and subcontractors are also very experienced and leave your home clean. Most important, the work quality of the entire organization is unsurpassed. In fall 2008 we naturally called Brooke when we decided to finish our basement. The job was done by Christmas as promised, and on budget. Brooke coordinated with our designer to transform our basement into fabulous living space. He added a much needed closet, made a full bath fit into a small area, and introduced decorative columns to complement functional columns used to hide support beams. There is no job too large or too small for DBR Builders. Their attention to detail & the quality of their work is the same if they are building an entire house or just remodeling one room. We wanted to turn our basement into a family room. The problem was the basement was never build with the intention of making it living space, since our home is a 1939 English Tudor. There were pipes running throughout the entire room. We did not know if it was ever possible to hide them. When Brooke came to look at the job, he said that his crew would have no problem with the pipes. After arriving, it only took the Foreman, Feryl, a couple minutes to come up with an idea. He & the crew created an angled box to enclose all the pipes in the one corner at the ceiling that were running up & down for the water & across the room for the oil heat. The angled box took care of hiding all of the pipes in that corner of the ceiling. Then he wanted to make it appear that the angle was there by design.

DBR Builders built a custom home for us seven years ago. Since it was our first time building a home, we were understandably very apprehensive. After interviewing several builders, choosing Brooke to build our home was an easy decision. His knowledge, ideas, and willingness to please resulted in a home that we are still proud of and extremely pleased with to this day. The pride that Brooke and his employees, along with his dedicated subcontractors, put into completing our house, ahead of schedule, is evident in every aspect of the home. Brooke completed a very extensive whole-house remodel for us two years ago. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. DBR Builder's attention to detail and more importantly attention to making sure the budget stayed in line is great. Thier men are courteous, care about the work and are very pleasant.
