My father ordered a lift chair to help him sit and stand more easily. It was delivered and set up just fine, but he didn't like it, so we called to return it on May 19. We were told to await a call back which never came, so we called again the 22nd, the day after my father (the renter) died. We explained that it needed to be picked up asap, and were told it was on the schedule for that day. Nothing. We have called several times, been lied to several times, and the manager gives us a crap attitude each time she lies to us. The chair is still sitting here today, the leaseholder is dead, the credit card is cancelled, and they still won't come pick the chair up.
