Joppa View Elementary School serves more than 550 students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. The school offers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program for students whose first language is not English. It has a guidance and counseling department for students, parents and teachers. Joppa View Elementary School also conducts classes in vocational and instrumental music. It has technology and health and physical education departments. The school s library and media center offers various resources, such as books, encyclopedias, atlases, magazines and newspapers. Joppa View Elementary School runs the Citizens Advisory Committee to serve gifted and talented education for students with special needs. Located in Perry Hall, Md., the school is one of the elementary schools of Baltimore County Public Schools.
