I made an appointment for today with Maria To get my nails done. I left work early my appointment was at 5:45 I showed up at 5:30 and they’re going to tell me she had an emergency. Which I made the appointment earlier today for today because I knew she was leaving tomorrow to go on vacation. Yeah no one called me to let me know that she had an emergency but keeping this in mind she told me she’s going on vacation tomorrow there’s bad service. Then A man wearing glasses comes up to me so there’s nothing we could do there’s nothing we can do she’s gone there’s nothing we can do, he very rudely and I didn’t appreciate it. I won’t come back, Very bad customer service.

My mother-in-law took my 13 year old daughter to get a manicure and pedicure while she was visiting from out of town. $60 dollars (not including tips) later, my mother-in-law finally got home and complained to us about her bad experience. About an hour later my daughter said the entire top layer of polish on her toes just slid off. We called Kim's and they said no problem they would repaint them. The next day my mother-in-law took her $60 receipt back to Kim's. My daughter picked out new polish. After they fixed their mistake they proceeded to charge my mother-in-law another $9 dollars! We complained and Kim said if she had chosen the same polish (which was old) she wouldn't have charged us. She did not make that clear to my daughter. My family has been coming in for over 10 years for waxing, pedicures and manicures. I gave Kim the opportunity to repay the $9 or we will take our business elsewhere. She chose to keep the $9! Our family will not spend another dime there!

My Daughter got a Mani Pedi 3 days later the polish came off of 3 different nails, we went back and I had to pay again to get them fixed!! Horrible Place

The owner removed the line for tips off the credit card slip. You cannot leave tip on a credit card -has to be cash. That's fishy, The owner is rude to customers and staff. They also talk about customers and the customer is oblivious since they don't speak their language. Only a few of the techs are friendly.
