My name is Jim Hulgan and I am the owner of Hulgan Plumbing & Heating. In response to the review below we did forget the cap where the old furnace tied into the chimney. However apon receiving a call from the persons landlord we sent a person out right away to cap it and we also took our digital cardon monoxide detector with us. The dector read 0 parts per million in the house and 0 parts per million coming out of the chimney as the chimney was working as it should and was actually pulling a draft. As opposed the letting cardon monoxide in the house. Either way it was our mistake. We accept the mistake and learned from it. We are not perfect but we definitely strive to be!

I have worked with this company for a few years now and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism that I have received from them. They are very reputable and I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling work as well as plumbing and electrical.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They could have killed my family a few months ago. The owner of Hulgan's was the one who installed our new furnace. After finishing the job & leaving they forgot to cap a vent allowing carbon monoxide to slowly leak into our home all day. Luckly, my husband came home from work and found the problem before it was too late.
