Founded by Kenneth ("Doc") Howard and wife Sherri, the family-run Ohio distillery prides itself on a purification process that brings out the best, highly concentrated and complex flavor profiles. Our hand-crafted spirits are perfect for slow sipping all on their own, served neat or on the rocks, or as the star of inventive cocktails. Seasonal treats range from Pomegranate Fizz for the holidays to Doc's Palmer in the summer.To educate their customers about the nuances of our products, we invite them to the distillery for whiskey tastings and tours, by appointment only.
