I've always hated buying carpet, because it always wore out, or got wrinkled, or just wouldn't come clean. We spent all that money and it always disappointed me. That was BEFORE we went to Otto's.



The salesman at Otto's gave me good advice picking out the carpet, and when I really liked one that wouldn't wear good he TOLD me so, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear and making an easy sale. I can't emphasize that enough. He stopped me in my tracks and talked me out of something I was all set to buy because he knew it would not be the best choice for our traffic areas. Wow!



I ended up going with a carpet that might not have been my first choice, but I'm SO HAPPY I did. This carpet wears like IRON even on stairs, and cleans up so nice, I know it will stay looking good for years.



Oh, and Otto's installers were super nice and did a good job putting it in. They even asked me to look it over before they left to make sure I was 100% satisfied.



If you hate buying carpet like I did, it's just because you've been buying the wrong kind of carpet at the wrong kind of places!
