Terrible Pizza

Let me start by stating that it's been at least a yr since we've ordered from Pizza Hut, as we have been less than pleased the last few times we've ordered.

At any rate, my husband called to order a pizza for delivery tonite. The girl who answered took his name, phone number & address, with my husband informing her of special driving directions, as delivery people have trouble locating us, since it's a relatively new development. The girl asked him if that would be all. He replied to her that no, it wouldn't be all, he had yet to give her his order. She apologized & took his order. He order a large pizza, 1/2 pepperoni & mushroom and the other half pepperoni lovers with extra sauce on the entire pizza, even asking for a side of extra sauce in addition (he LOVES a saucy pizza!). Before he hung up, he asked the girl to make sure the driver had the driving directions. She had to ask him to repeat them, as she hadn't written them down. After about 45 min our pizza arrived. We had a large pizza with 1/2 mushroom & the other 1/2 VERY light pepperoni - dry as a bone with next to no sauce on it & no sauce on the side.

Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
