I have been going to this facility for years. Since it opened in the Perryville plaza. I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and the have ALWAYS been nice and COURTEOUS!!!! Not once have I ever bruised from blood being drawn and I bruise easily. Half the time I don't even feel them stick me.
Honestly those whom write a bad review and stay nameless, well you know they aren't being truthful. Bad reviews come from those who were rude to begin with and want to blame others. I have always recommend this location and I'm going there today for blood work.

They are a horrid facility. I had blood drawn here and they retracted the spring loaded safety needle while it was still in my skin! I bruised up and down my entire arm. I was told "that is how those are used", which is a bold faced lie. Those devices are to be retracted after removal from the skin!!! CAUTION!!! They are also rude, and as mentioned by the other reviewer do NOT hesitate to talk about you or people around you while sitting in the office, especially once they call the patient back.

The staff are very nasty, and rude! Staff that doesn't know how to talk to the patientd. And they talk bad about other residents while your sitting there! Which goes against the hippa lae. This one lady has a bad attitude and didn't treat me right I'll never come here again. They like to catered to other patients than others which isnt right. I'll never come here again!
