This company towed my car to their lot and when I called to see if I can get all our belongings out of the car they were very prompt in letting us go there and get it done. But while we were there, my husband and I had trouble getting the car seats covers off and the guy that worked there was very nice and helped us get them off and then proceeded to get everything out of the car and then picked up all around the car. He was very friendly and very professional.
