We want you to be satisfied with the complete job - not only the finished product, but also the total process - start to finish. We have extended our basic warranty to 10 years on all work we are contracted to do. All of our subcontractors and employees have a minimum of 10 years construction experience. J&W Development and each contractor is insured, licensed and bonded, assuring you of both a high quality job and peace of mind. A complete record of all contractors is kept with our accountant. All lien waivers and insurances are available for your inspection. Because we insist on using permits on all of our work, there will be no short cuts or low quality workmanship. Jeff Meisner will oversee each job on a regular basis through job site visits and phone calls.
