Chamlin & Associates was founded in 1952 and it serves municipalities, industry, residential developers, state agencies, commercial developers and land owners. It has worked on projects such as Braidwood Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant, Bristol Point Subdivision, Lakewood Estates, North Peru Industrial Park and Smith-Douglass Road Overpass. Chamlin & Associates has been helping various units of local government to identify sources of funding for community construction projects, filing grant applications, and assisting in record keeping for grant funds. Some of the projects include sanitary sewer systems, water treatment plants, water distribution, park acquisition and water storage.
