I called for information. They did not let me explain why I was calling and hung up on me. I said "I'm having a wedding" then the guy just said "we don't don't do appointments" and talked over me as I tried to explain I simply wanted to provide a number for my guests just in case they need it, and he hung up on me. Designated Driver Taxi (815) 992-8100 and City Cab (815) 224-8294 were friendly and took the time to help me. Our money will be going to them next Saturday.
