Unsafe

Failed to torque down all the lugs on my gf's car, she lost a lug, I went and fixed it, called city tire of peru the next morning, spoke with manager, she acted like it was no big deal and was horribly unapologetic. I would avoid at all cost, they are not concerned with customer service or safety.
