Provided by YP.comI spoke with the sweetest woman, Trish, last night. Trish held rooms for my husband and his construction crew who had worked over 18hrs. She even called an aquaintence to find out exact directions from where my husband was working to the hotel. Trish then called me back (in Alabama) to give me the directions and to say she would have everything ready for the guys so they could pick up there keys and go straight to bed. Talk about stupendous service! I have never had this much assistance. By the time she and I finished I felt like she was a part of my family!! I will post later about the rooms once I speak with my husband.
