We are Legal Document Assistants (LDA's). LDA's are authorized to prepare legal documents without an attorneys supervision and adhere. Our services are often utilized by people who represent themselves or who dont need legal advice but do need paralegal type services. Many routine legal documents can be filed in California without an attorney.
