DAA Towing

I had a horrible experience with DAA. the gentleman that initially helped me was great but when i went back to get my son s keys and sign the release for it to be towed to the body shop...well....house key was missing and they had a copy of my driver's license so I had to change all my locks which was another expense i didn't need need being on permanent disability, and there were 5-6 trucks there and 4 guys standing around but they didn't tow the car until the next day so they could get another day of paid storage---release was signed about 11am. CHP(since towing is done on a rotation basis and it was DAA s turn) was notified of this situation, they are making a note of it as they have someone that monitors complaints about tow companies, as well as my insurance company.

the is one of the best towing companies in california!! they are pleasent and nice and always wear a smile. the get the job qiuckly and efficently!! i would recommend this company to everyone i know!! and i have also read alot about how things go missing with this company especially when the vehicle is stored over night but if i were you i wouldnt believe all of that stuff these people are extremely trustworthly, when my car was stored here i left my i pad my cell phone and my gucchi sunglasses in my car and everything was still there after i came to get my car 6 days later. so if you need a tow call the pros at DAA towing
