Clean, great food and great service

I've been to IHOPs and some are not the cleanest. This one is different. Clean location - bathrooms clean too. And waitress Raquel is OUTSTANDING. I consistently tip her 20%+ because of her fantastic attitude, cheerfulness and how hard she tries. Her customer service blows away other waiters. I will continue to go here as long as she works here. Other waiters are also good - Justin - soft-spoke, accurate orders and pleasant.
