My package has been stuck in petaluma for 8 business days (after agreed delivery date). I call every day and somehow it can't make it on the truck to go "out for delivery". It is ridiculous that the package is there, has been there for weeks, gets scanned eveyr morning that it is there at the facility, gets updated to be delivered that day but can't get on a truck to be delivered. I have had two packages arrive that got there AFTER this one. Those took 6 days to deliver (after delivery date)... but they got here. I am now calling their direct petaluma office and surprise, no one answers. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER

Ontrac made a sorting mistake and offered to deliver the item the same day. I'm actually impressed they tried to make such a correction.

Do not use them! they can not deliver a repeat monthly order on time,,, or to the same address every two weeks, Grrrr with out losing it or days late!
