Suzanne Yeomans, LCSW, was raised in Sonoma County. Before becoming a provider with Providence, Suzanne worked as an integrative behavioral health clinician in local Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHCs). In this role she was also honored to serve our Native American community. Suzanne enjoys working with patients as part of a primary care team because Behavioral Health integration removes barriers to care and highlights the effectiveness of brief intervention. Outside of primary care Suzanne maintains a part time trauma focused private practice. When she is not working, you will likely find Suzanne trail running or kayaking with family and friends.
